LUWEERO — Police have arrested Steven Mugerwa for allegedly exhuming his daughter’s body, saying he wanted to eat it. Mugerwa, of Kyasampanga village in Kikamulo sub-county, Nakaseke, was arrested on Wednesday after he was reportedly found exhuming the body.Ends
