KAMPALA — four suspects accused of stealing property worth millions of shillings and killing a security guard in Kisenyi appeared in court on friday. Oguttu alias Patrick Muhando and Mande alias John Bizimungu appeared before Justice Musoke-Kibuuka. they allegedly stole property from the Adolescence Information centre in Kisenyi.
