KAMPALA — Applications for the Makerere University Carnagie Scholarship Initiative begins mid this month. The co-ordinator of the scheme, Euzobia Baine, told The New Vision that this year's admission exercise will be more diversified. The scheme is sponsored by Makerere University and the Carnagie Corporation of New York.
