KAMPALA — President Museveni currently in Gulu has received a special message from President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).
KAMPALA — President Museveni currently in Gulu has received a special message from President Joseph Kabila of the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). The message was delivered on Sunday afternoon by the DRC minister for the presidency Katumba Mwanke. Mwanke briefed Museveni on the Peace Agreement signed in Pretoria, South Africa a week ago between Rwanda and the DRC.Ends
