KAMPALA — Foreign affairs minister James Wapakhabulo will tomorrow appear before the Justice David Porter probe into the UN allegations that the UPDF and other African armies plundered war-torn DR Congo. “He is coming to shed light on a number of issues that we have discovered in our investigations,” Porter said. The team is to hand over its findings to the Government on August 15.Ends
