There is now a fresh twist over ownership of the highly-valued property. A high profile senior army officer is said to be among the owners.
“We hear Lt. Gen. Salim Saleh has an interest in the land and has even been staying in a bungalow built there.
“But we don’t know whether he bought it from (businessman) Arthur Van Brink, or they were friends,†said a source.
