KAMULI — Police have arrested 16 people suspected of participating in mob justice. The suspects were arrested from Itukulu in Bupadhengo sub-county on Friday.
KAMULI — Police have arrested 16 people suspected of participating in mob justice. The suspects were arrested from Itukulu in Bupadhengo sub-county on Friday. The suspects are said to have killed Fred Kazira. Kazira was allegedly killed to avenge the death of Patrick Muzaale.
