KAMPALA — President Yoweri Museveni will address Parliament on November 21, about the security situation in the country. The Deputy Speaker, Rebecca Kadaga, yesterday told the House that Museveni’s address will focus on the northern war. She said MPs will debate Museveni’s speech afterwards.
