ARUA — Second deputy Premier Brig. Moses Ali has invited MPs, LC5 chiefs and resident district commissioners from Moyo, Yumbe, Arua and Nebbi districts for a meeting with UNRF II rebels.

ARUA — Second deputy Premier Brig. Moses Ali has invited MPs, LC5 chiefs and resident district commissioners from Moyo, Yumbe, Arua and Nebbi districts for a meeting with UNRF II rebels. Ali, also the minister for Disaster Preparedness and Refugees, said the meeting will take place at Bidi-Bidi, Aringa county in Yumbe on Friday.
