PATRICK Masambu, the executive director of Uganda Communications Commission, has said liberalisation has boosted Uganda’s tele-density.
Speaking during a recent media workshop organised by Konrad Adenauer Foundation, Masambu said, “Today there are two telephone lines per 100 Ugandans and there is now availability of services to so many areas that did not have phones before.â€
