Fury of cheated wife By Moses Nampala A HOUSEWIFE went on rampage, breaking windows and household items, after seeing her husband emerge half naked from the maid's room. The incident occurred on Kisingiri Road in Jinja town. On the fateful morning, the woman woke up to find that her husband was missing. At first she thought he had gone out to answer nature's call. However, as time went by he did not return. The woman then got out of her bed and mounted a search. On seeing her husband leave the maid's room in nothing but his pants, the woman wailed loudly. Caught red-handed, the man just looked sheepishly at his wife. A neighbour said, the woman then began hurling insults at her husband before she advanced to the maid's room. A fight ensued, but the man intervened and separated the women. The woman who was not yet done, reached for a big stick and instead resorted to breaking items in the house. She later ordered the maid to pack and leave Mpigi, her home place. Neighbours say the couple had drunk heavily the previous night before retiring at 11.00pm. It is suspected that when the man realised that his wife was deep sleep, he decided to tip toe to the maid's room. The neighbour said the maid had been brought in about two months ago to look after the children. Ends
