THE kumi LC5 vice-chairperson Margaret Kunera-Ilaborot, has warned public servants in the district against using the motorcycles recently given to them by the ministry of agriculture, animal industry and fisheries, to campaign for presidential candidates, writes Vision Reporter. Ilaborot said the law did not allow even President Yoweri Museveni and his task force to use government facilities for his campaigns. She was addressing extension workers at Kumi Boma grounds at a ceremony to hand over the motorcycles on Friday. The District Veterinary Officer, Dr. Alfred Onyait, attended the ceremony. The Kumi chief administrative officer Rose Ochom, said she was grateful to the central government for assisting the district with logistical support for the modernisation of agriculture and food production. She said those were crucial areas. Ends
