KAMPALA - Former director of Mobilisation at the Movement Secretariat Mulindwa Birimumaaso yesterday told court that he was maliciously prosecuted. Birimumaaso said he was asked to account sh24m given to him for mobilisation of vigilantes in Bundibugyo on the same day he received the money. He was answering charges of abuse of office and false accounting before Buganda Road Court Chief Magistrate Mrs. Catherine Bamugemereire. Ends
