KAMPALA – Uganda has organised a national function when it shall be declared Ebola-free next Tuesday. The country is to be declared free of the deadly fever if no fresh case is reported by that day.

KAMPALA – Uganda has organised a national function when it shall be declared Ebola-free next Tuesday. The country is to be declared free of the deadly fever if no fresh case is reported by that day. A statement from the Ministry of Health yesterday said a function for the declaration would be held at Pece Stadium in Gulu district. Gulu was most affected by the disease late last year and early this year. It lost 150 people, including several nurses and the Lacor Hospital Medical Superintendent, Dr. Matthew Lukwiya. Ends
