MUKONO – Presidential Candidate Chaapa Karuhanga has pledged to create loan schemes for tertiary and university students with financial problems if elected. Karuhanga said this last Friday while addressing rallies in Ntenjeru and Lugazi town. He said he would offer scholarships to bright children in secondary schools. He also promised to scrap cost- sharing in hospitals.
