Winnie Gets Challenger

MBARARA – Mr Mugarura, a director of Booma High School in the municipality, has vowed to unseat the municipality MP, Winnie Byanyima in the parliamentary polls. Addressing journalists over the weekend at Oxford Inn Hotel, Mugarura said Byanyima had failed to implement development projects. "I'm set to start campaigns officially," Mugarura said. He said Byanyima's performance in the municipality had not impressed him. Ends
