KAMULI – The campaign manager for presidential candidate Col. Kizza Besigye, Mubarak Mukiibi has crossed over to candidate Yoweri Museveni with 4,000 youths. They defected to Museveni at Malamu centre over the weekend and handed over their Besigye appointment letters. Ends
