UHRC Raps City Bombers

KAMPALA - The Uganda Human Rights Commission has condemned the recent fatal bomb attacks in the city describing the act as inhuman and barbaric. A statement signed by the UHRC chairperson, Mrs Margaret Sekaggya, said, "the commission wishes to unreservedly condemn in the strongest terms possible the inhuman and barbaric act by those who have led to the injury and death of innocent people as a result of the bombs that were blasted."
