Kapchorwadisplaced To Resettle

By Rashid Muzungyo OVER 30,000 people displaced by cattle rustlers in Kapchorwa district are to be resettled by Ngenge Development Foundation beginning this year, a Foundation official has said. The Foundation Co-ordinator, Steven Maunya Chesewa, told a three-day conflict resolution workshop in Kapchorwa, that the victims, who include women and children, were displaced by the rustlers during the past five decades.
