Gulu are top

Gulu High School on Tuesday celebrated their first ever defeat of St Joseph's College Layibi after a semi-final at Pece War Memorial stadium. Gulu won 1-0 to have a chance of representing the district at the national secondary schools Coca-Cola championship. Gulu High forced Layibi to a goalless draw in normal time before striking in the dying minutes of extra time. Richard Open-Rwot netted through a powerful header to send girls of Gulu High into a frenzy. Gulu High School will face Gulu College in the final on Saturday. Ends
