KAMPALA – A State prosecutor who was arrested receiving a bribe in order to drop a case against Stephen Lubowa was on Wednesday charged with corruption.
KAMPALA – A State prosecutor who was arrested receiving a bribe in order to drop a case against Stephen Lubowa was on Wednesday charged with corruption. Vincent Opyene stationed at the Chief Magistrates' Court at KCC was remanded to Luzira Prison.
