KAMPALA – Two High Court assessors have advised Justice Moses Mukiibi to convict the two Makerere University students, Samuel Wanje and Shadraka Magara Rwakasiisi for killing their fellow student, Warren Bantariza, in 1994.
KAMPALA – Two High Court assessors have advised Justice Moses Mukiibi to convict the two Makerere University students, Samuel Wanje and Shadraka Magara Rwakasiisi for killing their fellow student, Warren Bantariza, in 1994. The judge reserved his judgement until May 15. However, while Mr John Ssekaggya asked the court to convict the two, Ronah Kikaire advised the court to convict Wanje on manslaughter.
