Kazibwe Off To Libya

KAMPALA - The Vice-President, Dr. Speciosa Wandira Kazibwe, will today lead a 117-man delegation to Libya to attend the Pan-African Women Conference. The conference is an initiative of the African Women's Committee on Peace and Development, of which Kazibwe is the chairperson. The conference will allow women from all over Africa to contribute to the implementation of the Constitutive Act of African Union adopted last year. Ends
