MBARARA – The Government is to settle over over 1,500 refugees expelled from Karagwe in Tanzania early this year, president Yoweri Museveni has said.

MBARARA – The Government is to settle over over 1,500 refugees expelled from Karagwe in Tanzania early this year, president Yoweri Museveni has said. The refugees were expelled from Karagwe in January after they defied an order by the Tanzania authorities to be moved to refugee camps in Kigoma. "We shall locate a small portion of land for them to settle there. These people are not foreigners but returnees," he said recently. Ends
