Insecurity at Makerere!

SIR-I disagree with my good friend and former classmate, the deputy vice-chancellor of Makerere University.

SIR-I disagree with my good friend and former classmate, the deputy vice-chancellor of Makerere University. Insecurity at the campus has not been caused by accommodating non-resident students in staff homes. Most students are extremely needy, well-behaved and serious with their studies. It would be wrong to deprive them of the poor but convenient facilities of garages and servants quarters as accommodation. I hope that before October 1 this year the deputy vice-chancellor will have a change of heart. Medi Kawuma, Makerere University
