MASINDI - The district has received sh16m to purchase clonal coffee seedlings for farmers. Mr Saverio Okeny, the LC5 Vice-Chairman, said the money was from the Poverty Action Fund under the Prime Minister's office. Okeny was briefing a council meeting at the district chambers recently. Ends
