Pamela Kangwagye 'flying' all over the city

Scouts are wondering whether Pamela Kangwagye, the youthful beau from Nkumba University, has quit school. She is more of a frequent 'flyer' in haunts in town than she probably does her reading. The last time we saw her was at Capital Pub, Kabalagala a weekend ago, having a blast of a time. Please someone, don't tell her parents.
