SHARING on Sunday ended its long losing streak with an emphatic victory over Flammers in the FUBA classic league at Jinja SS.

Sharing's Carlos Olaka and Joseph Etiang scored 32 points each as their side defeated Flammers in their own backyard. The result saw Sharing surge to sixth position on 14 points from 10 games. The home fans were treated to bad performance as Kakira fell to Makerere University Livingstone Hall at the same venue. Livingstone's forward Sam Obol helped to down the hosts with a game best 34 points. The defeat confined Kakira to the bottom of the 12-team league table. In the women league A-1 Challenge walked over Jinja's Lady Flammers who failed to raise a team for Challenge to earn two points and 10 baskets. The league resumes today with Power taking on Kololo Bush Court at YMCA Wandegeya. The first round ends July 1 to allow Falcons, Power and Lady Bucks enter the regional club championships in Kigali.
