By Dennis Ojwee in Nebbi NEBBI 'A' district soccer team on Sunday pipped Arua team 1-0 in the northern region inter-district football championship final here at Nebbi SS. Nebbi skipper James Chombe netted the solitary winner from a lose ball in the 73rd minute. Nebbi, however, squandered five open chances that could have given the team a comfortable victory in the cup donated by FUFA assistant secretary Haruna Mawanda.
