Igara MP Candidates Fight Over Body

By Raynel Kanyambu TWO Igara west parliamentary candidates in Bushenyi district have clashed over a man who was shot dead on June 10. Samson Nyine-Bitahwa and Prof. Tarsis Kabwegyere are claiming that Yasin Mpagi was their supporter. Mpagi, a resident of Nkoma in Nyabubare was shot dead at Kakoma, Kizinda in Ishaka town by unidentified armed thugs. A security source said Kabwegyere on Friday reported to the District Security Officer his supporter had been shot dead. On the same day, Bitahwa accompanied by the deceased's father reported to Ishaka Police that his supporter had been gunned down. Each accuse the other of having planned the death. Ends
