Gulu Poll Tools Arrive

GULU - Polling materials for the women elections arrived in the district yesterday. The district registrar, Dr Joel Okalany, told The New Vision yesterday that some of the 119 ballot boxes did not contain voters' registers. He did not specify how many they were. The Electoral Commission spokesman, Dick Kizito, declined to comment on the matter. He referred The New Vision to Joshua Wamala, the officer in charge of election management. Ends
