SIR-The Uganda Muslim Supreme Council (UMSC) wishes to refute a New Vision article on June 20, "Arabs vie for mosque deal." The UMSC frequently receives international visitors who are informed of the future plans and on-going projects. It does not imply that such visitors undertake these projects as The New Vision article alleges. Saudi and Libyan officials visited Uganda, not to vie for the mosque works.
