Lubega acquires new Mitsubishi Evo4

By Douglas Mazune TOTAL Uganda has acquired a new Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 4 for national champion Charlie Lubega. The car leased for one year from renowned Scotland based mechanic Dom Buckley arrived in the country yesterday. TOTAL paid freight charges. “I can’t thank TOTAL enough but only urge my fans to refuel at TOTAL stations, without them I was going to miss two rallies. The other car is not ready,” a jovial Lubega said. “Now I have a better chance in the championship race.” He said: “Because of my long relationship with Dom, he has trusted TOTAL. When I sell the other Evo4 I can buy this one off.” Lubega who crashed his car in the Shell Helix rally will drive the new car in the DFCU rally August 11-12. He opted for an Evo4 because he has the spare parts. Ends
