KAMPALA — Hearing of the corruption case against the Buganda Road Court magistrate, Charles Kisakye and State Attorney Scola Nafuna has been adjourned to next week. Paul Tusubira, the lawyer representing Nafuna, on Thursday told Mengo Court that his client was sick. He also said he would be leaving for Arusha to attend a case against the Uganda Law Society. Kisakye’s lawyer, MacDusman Kabega, has to appear in Buganda Road Court to defend Maj. Gen Salim Saleh on Monday.
