Arrest Warrant Out

KAMPALA — The disciplinary committee of the Uganda Law Council has extended an arrest warrant for a lawyer who allegedly disappeared after issuing a bounced cheque to his client. Ronal Ngobi, who was suspended for three years, is allegedly on the run after he issued the cheque, worth sh2.990,000 to the Law Council last week to be fowarded to his client. Ends
