KAMPALA — Three people who were allegedly found smoking marijuana were last week charged with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs.
KAMPALA — Three people who were allegedly found smoking marijuana were last week charged with unlawful possession of narcotic drugs. Nsimbe Gwewazedde, 32, Patrick Sebalu, 26 and Isma Kalema of Makindye, appeared before Buganda road court magistrate, Duncan Gaswaga. They denied the charges and were remanded to Luzira prison.
