Documentary proof to handle contract where necessary will be an added advantage. All documents / applications MUST be sealed in a PLAIN envelope and clearly marked “Tender for........†Addressed to:

The closing date for the bids is the 19/09/2001 at 10.00 a.m, thereafter bids be opened in the presence of bidders who may wish to attend in the District Council Hall.
NB: All quotations must be VAT inclusive, including quotations for hiring market.
The Board is not bound by the highest, lowest or any tender.
