Original receipt of paid non-refundable application fee of Shs, 100,000= for each item bidden for to the District Cashier 3: All bids should include 17 % VAT to URA, details for items can be got from the office of the Secretary, Local Government Tender Board 4: Each Bid item should be applied for separately 5. Tender applications must be submitted in properly sealed envelopes clearly marked on the envelope “2001/2002 TENDER FOR ......... and addressed to the Secretary, Lira District Local Government Tender Board, P. O. Box 49, LIRA. 6. The closing date for submission of tender application is 11.00 a.m, 24/10/2001. Thereafter the bids shall be opened in the presence of interested bidders or their representatives. 7. The District Local Government Tender Board is not bound to accept the lowest or any bid.
