SIR—On September 29, I called Kampala African Radio to send my greetings to my beloved ones. I had airtime worth only sh900 but the presenter picked the phone, and continued with whatever business he had at hand until my airtime ran out! Capital Radio will never do such a thing. if you call and for some reason they do not want to talk to you, they will never pick the phone.
