KASESE — Princess Peluce Biira Kobusinge Kibanzanga has died. She was a sister to the Rwenzururu king, Omusinga Charles Wesley Mumbere Irema Ngoma. She passed away on Tuesday morning at Kilembe Hospital in Kasese after suffering from a high fever, according to a statement from Mumbere.
