MUKONO — Local council polls were briefly interrupted by an afternoon drizzle in most areas. The turn up was low by 1:30pm at Lugazi and Mukono town councils and Nakifuma trading centre. The district Returning Officer, Sam Kisense, said ballot boxes delayed to arrive in the district.
