KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court yesterday extended the warrant of arrest for John Otim, 59, the presidential adviser on veterinary and agricultural affairs for allegedly issuing a false cheque of sh10m.
KAMPALA — Buganda Road Court yesterday extended the warrant of arrest for John Otim, 59, the presidential adviser on veterinary and agricultural affairs for allegedly issuing a false cheque of sh10m. Otim, a resident of Ntinda, reportedly issued a bad cheque to Patrick Onyait as payment for a plot of land. Otim was first summoned by the Buganda Road court four months ago.
