KAMPALA — The State yesterday closed prosecution evidence in a trial against 37 Buseruka Tabliq Muslims charged with treason at the High Court. Senior Principal State Attorney Simon Mugenyi told Acting Justice Mary Maitum that the prosecution decided to close its case as the remaining witnesses were either not available or unwilling to testify.
