No Fireworks

KAMPALA — The Inspector General of Police, Maj. Gen. Katumba Wamala, has banned the display of fireworks without the permission of the Police. This follows the arrest of an Asian businessman, Barba Ahmed, who exploded fire works, scaring residents and forcing others to flee out from their houses on Tuesday night. Ends
