MUKONO — The headmaster of Maggwa Primary School, Seeta in Namuganga sub-county, who recently attempted to defile a primary seven student has fled. Fred Kabuye, 40, had allegedly tried to rape several girls in the school for the past four months. The school has 32 primary seven candidates of which 13 are girls. Police investigations are underway. Ends
