ARUA — The Deputy Resident District Commissioner, Haruna Sebbi, has advised schools to form sex abstinence clubs as a way of curbing the spread of AIDS.
ARUA — The Deputy Resident District Commissioner, Haruna Sebbi, has advised schools to form sex abstinence clubs as a way of curbing the spread of AIDS. He was speaking at the World Aids Day. He asked the elite not to fear admitting that somebody had died of AIDS so as to give no room for superstition.
