KAPCHORWA - Lt. Juma Seiko has blamed Bishop Augustine Salimo for political divisions in Sebei. He told supporters of incumbent district council boss, Christopher Chekwurui, at Kirwoko School on Wednesday that Salimo, Hajji Shaban Piripinya and Sabiny elders were architects of political factions in the district.
