This is a record turn up for the league, KKL commissioner Trevor Dudley said. "It was an overwhelming turn out of boys and girls who are eager to get involved with playing KKL soccer. This will enable 30 teams to be formed when the leagues start next January." In the mids coach pitch league for 9-11 year olds Shell and Citibank who had both won all their games fought out a titanic struggle before Shell emerged victors 13-12. Blitz beat Goldstar 15-13 and Little Rascals were unlucky to lose to AON 17-14. In the seniors fast pitch for 12-14 year olds Africa Online stayed at the top with a 10-0 defeat of Barclays and NCR climbed to second place after beating Kiwi 12-1.
