By Peter Ekarot EYE Care Centre in Kampala has offered national soccer coach Harrison Okagbue free examination today before he leaves next month for an operation in Abuja, Nigeria. "After The New Vision article on Monday, I got a call from Eye Care Centre in Kampala offering me a free eye examination. I know my right eye problem for a long time. So they will examine me and advice what drugs would be used after the operation," said the Nigerian. An official who declined to be named, confirmed: "We offer free eye examination and I think Okagbue qualifies for that. We offer a wide range of optical services at a reasonable fee." Okagbue will fly out on January 14, a day after the Cranes-Senegal Lions Africa Nations Cup game at Nakivubo stadium. He will also rest for six weeks in his native Nigerian city of Enugu. The national tactician returns to Uganda in the first week of March to prepare Cranes for an away trip to Senegal in the Nations Cup qualifiers. Assistant coach Leo Adraa will lead Cranes to Saudi Arabia in February for two international friendlies in the all-expenses paid trip. Ends
