'Counsel junior cops'

SOROTI - Peter Kalagala, Soroti RDC, has asked the district Police leadership to form a committee that will counsel junior police officers on misconduct. He said when he was transferred to Soroti "the Police here was the most ill mannered in the region. When I came here stealing was synonymous with the word Police.
